We are the Funkiest place on the Planet! Located in the heart of Bethel. Surrounded by Golf, fishing, hiking, camping, and skiing. We are 'the' locals joint with the best most affordable food and drinks in the area. The atmosphere is awesome. Views of the mountains in an old post and beam barn. Dancing on the weekends; a stage, dancefloor, and mirrorball for the live music or DJ's to get your grove on! Pool tables, darts and other fun stuff to keep the kids smiling while you can relax. Prime Rib the last Thursday of every month for $8.50, and we've been told we serve the best burger in town! Come see why we've been voted #1!

The news that the Funky Red Barn is fast creating a unique "blues" scene in Western Maine is very exciting. That the Maine Blues Society has chosen the venue in Bethel as a location for semi-finalists to compete
in "The Road to Memphis" International Blues Competition this spring reminds the world that Bethel has more to offer than ever...like world class musicians.

Even though the weather did not make for the best skiing, the Funky Red Barn and its owner Barry, made the otherwise disappointing conditions worthwhile. The weather was warm, but the Blues were cool!
The Funky Red Barn is the coolest spot in Bethel to chill out after a day of skiing or riding. The great food and the tremendous drinks and specials are unbeatable anywhere on the mountain or in town. I've been visiting Bethel and skiing at Sunday River for over 20 years and have found the Nw Funky Red Barn to be the best place to hang out since I've been coming here. This place is a DO NOT MISS!
